材料:
主料:小排骨300g
配料:薑5片、蔥1根、白芝麻少許
調料:料酒1大勺、醬油1大勺、米醋1小勺、香辣醬100g、糖少許、鹽少許
準備:
小排骨用清水泡去血水,瀝幹水,加入料酒、醬油、米醋、糖、鹽和香辣醬;
做法:
1.放入料汁的排骨用手充分抓勻,醃製20分鍾以上;
2.鍋燒熱,加入適量油,油燒熱放入排骨;
3.煎至排骨呈紅棕色,加入薑片和蔥段;
4.加入醃製排骨的料汁,並加水至剛剛淹沒排骨;
