江南有道名菜叫做毛蟹炒年糕,我沒有毛蟹,就用大閘蟹代替了。
食材:大閘蟹、年糕
做法:
1、將大閘蟹放在清水裏兩三個小時,排淨汙物,用清水刷洗幹淨;
2、鍋中放入足量清水, 水中放2-3片薑片, 水沸後將大閘蟹腹部朝下放到蒸簾上,蒸約15分鍾至熟;
3、胡蘿卜、青椒、白菜幫切滾刀片,薑、蒜切末備用;
