原料:鯽魚一條,老豆腐適量
佐料:生薑,鹽,胡椒粉,白醋,香菜,胡蘿卜(點綴)
1 將鯽魚去鱗取出內髒清理幹淨
2 用紙巾擦幹魚身上的水
3 豆腐切大塊,香菜切段,生薑拍散
4 將鍋燒的很熱很熱,倒入油淌一遍然後把有倒出,放入魚煎至兩麵微黃
5 魚煎好後接著倒入熱水,水要沒過魚身
6 大火煮開撇去表麵的浮沫
7 把豆腐塊和生薑一起放入鍋裏中火燉煮
8 見魚燙濃白後加適量鹽,再煮片刻
9 最好撒胡蘿卜花,加適量胡椒粉,白醋即可盛出撒香菜段
